She is a guest at the Hotel Utah. Since the entrance of the United States into the European war. Miss Addams has devoted her abilities to assisting the administration in its successful suc-cessful prosecution of the war. She has been addressing assemblies of every nature and description in many of the large cities of the United States under the direction of the national food administration. She came direct to Salt Lake from San Francisco. She delivered an address ad-dress on the subject of the food situr tion at the University of California lasi Friday and Ihe state teachers' federation federa-tion at Oakland on Thrusday Following her visit here, she will return re-turn to San Francisco and from there will go to El Paso, San Antonio, New Orleans and Birmingham, Ala., at all of whieh plates she will outline th policies of the food administration. Miss Addams will speak here tonight to-night on the subject of "The WorM 'a Food Supply and America s Obligation." Obliga-tion." It will be ladies' night at the Bonneville meeting tonight, which opens the regular season. Miss Addams was born Sepl ember 6, 1860. She received her education at Rockford college. Ruckford, III.
