Show I (tl AND If ME PLACED UKDER I HEW BUS Mrs Fanny Wilbur and James Murdoch Mur-doch were arraigned this morning in the municipal court on 8 statutory charge. They were placed under $500 bonds and the date of their preliminary prelimi-nary hoarinp was held in abeyance un til they can secure counsel. The couple cou-ple was arrested yesterday on a war-rani war-rani by Serjeant T II Blackburn and Detectives Robert Burk and J. L. Hob-j son. M ihe same session of court Robert: L. Bostwick was found suilty of petit larceny and sentenced to serve ten days in jail He Btole Borne carpenter tools from the N m Eagle hotel and, was arrested bj Officer C B, Layne. William Blaylock was fined $5 for drunkenness. Mrs. B. J. Settles and Harry, Scruggs, negroes, entered pleas of ttOl guitly io charges of vagrancy.
