Show NOTICE OF INTENTION Notice Is hereby given by the Board 01 Commissioners of Ogden City, ctah. of the intention of said Board of Commissioners to make the follow ing described improvement, to-wlt: To create Jefferson Avenue between Twenty-eighth and Twenty-ninth Streets as a sewer district, and to construct con-struct therein a sewer of vitrified or concrete pipe of sufficient capacity, together to-gether with the necessary manholes and to extend six inch laterals from the main sewer to the curb line, and to connect all with the manholes of the present sewer system, and all other things necessary to complete the whole In a proper manner at ing to the plans, specifications and profiles on file m the office of the t if, Engineer, and to defray the whole of the cost and expense of the abuttor's I portion thereof by a levy of a special j tax to be assessed upon the lots or' pieces of ground within the following, described district, being the district' to be affected or benefited bv auoh Improvement, namely: All the land 'lying between the outer boundary lines of said street and a line drawn , 132.00 feet back from and parallel to ; sa'd outer boundary lines on both .sides of Jefferson Avenue between !
