Show BOYS OF CHURCHES ENJOY II B1QUFJ The members of the Kappa Sigma PI and D, O. R. fraternities for boys and young men held a banquet at Kennedy Ken-nedy s Cafeteria, Saturday night at 8:30. The tabU-s wero decorated in keeping with the occasion and merriment merri-ment and song made the evening pass i with much speed and good cheer. After a seven-course menu, served J to satisfy the very healthv appetltles of all present, the following toasts j were given : Why the bov needs the Sunday I school, Mr. Orange Lemon. Why the Sunday school needs the boy, Dr. F. C Osgood The kind of a club a boy likes, Harry Malone. The kind of boy a club likes, Henry Sepplch. Good winners and good losers, Tage Conner. Good fellowship, Mlchtiel Pantono. The three C's Harvey Lashue. Oration, Rev. Garver. The message of a man, Lorenz De Julien. Tho best things in the club, Page Grey. Windup. Rev. John E. Carver. Mr. Johnson, who Is the llfo and inspiration in-spiration of the boys' movement in Ogden, actod as toastmaster and kept the minutes moving with joy unbounded. un-bounded. The banquet was for the purpose of stimulating good fellowship and developing de-veloping a closer unity between the boyB for the Presbyterian and Methodist Meth-odist churches. ,4 |
