Bristol today filed with the county clerk articles of incorporation incorpor-ation of the Utah Sales company, which will deal In real estate, stocks and bonds. The new corporation has a capital of $50,000, the stock t.eing divided as follows: Ralph E. Bristol, president, treasurer treas-urer and director. $24,900; O. B. Gil-son, Gil-son, vice president and secretary, $24,-800; $24,-800; H. B. Graham, director. $100. Mrs. Florence D Bristol, $100; Mrs. Helen G. Gllson, $100. The new concern will engage Immediately, Im-mediately, it is said, in progressive commercial activities.
