It wah announced yea terday, and within a few days will b I incorporated under the name or the I State Bank of Park City Thi? will j mark the second banking institution in the thriving mininc town I For some time past interests of tr.e Deseret National bank of this city have been looking over the Park Citj field with the result that the Henry Pares building, located next to the city postoffice, has beri purchased by the : propectors. Ranun Hansen, an architect archi-tect of Salt Lakt-, Is now accepting bids for the reconstruction of the building in accordance w ith the plana I prepared by him. The capital of $25,000 has been paid up in full by the following stockholders stockhold-ers : John C. Cutler. Theresa B Hills. Deseret Savings bank. John C. Sharp! Georse Romney. James a.
