Show oo GOVERNOR BAMBERGER'S MESSAGE Governor Simon Bamberger's message mes-sage to the legislature gives ample assurance as-surance that Utah's new chief executive execu-tive is resolved to make good on all his promises made during the last election. The governor advocates every measure guaranteed by party platform and adds two or three excellent excel-lent reforms of his own.
