To obtain more general distribution of stock among the residents served by the Utah Power and Light company and especially to permit customers to become financially interested in the corporation, the directors have author-: IzQrUfor the first time a sale of prc-fcrimjl, prc-fcrimjl, stock direct to customers on a cash and a partial payment plan. The Utah Power and Light company's com-pany's holdings are considered among the largest and finest electric service properties in the country, moro than 61,000 customers being served In a territory ter-ritory embracing southeastern Idaho, northern and central Utah and western Colorado, with a total population estimated esti-mated at 290.000.
