Show FOUR SOCIALISTS WIN ELECTION STOCKHOLM, Sept. 27. Election returns from the second parliamentary division In Stockholm show that four socialists, one liberal and three conservatives con-servatives were elected. The composition of the new second chamber will be as follows: Socialists who are supporters of M. Branting, S6; socialists of the left, 12; liberals, 62; conservatives, 58; new peasant parties, 12. The supporters of M. Branting, who In the campaign strongly criticized the foreign policy of the government, gained fourteen seats.
