Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX AND DELINQUENCY DE-LINQUENCY OF THE SAME. To Whom It May Concern. Under authority of Section 278 of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, and as directed by Section 1056 of the Revised Ordinances of Ogden City Utah, 1915. The undersigned Treasurer of Ogden Og-den City, Utah, hereby gives notice that a Special Tax for the purpose of paying the costs of builjUng Concrete Paving in Paving District No. 120, in Ogden City, Utah, has been levied and confirmed by an Ordinance of the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, adopted and passed October Octo-ber 20, 191C, and Published October 21, 191G. Said Special Tax is levied upon all property abutting on the following street, to-wit: All that part of Van Buren avenue between Twenty-fourth and Twenty-sixth Twenty-sixth streets, and which is further described de-scribed as follows, to-wit: On Lots 1, 26, 27 and 52, Capitol Block Sub-division of Block 30; Lots 1 and 10, Block 31, LotsL to 26 inclusive, in-clusive, Coreys Sub-division of the west half of Block 27, and Lots 5 to 1-1 inclusive Block 2 Eccles Sub-division of Block 26 all in Plat "C" of Ogden Og-den City Survey and to a depth of 50 feet back from tho Street line. Said tax Is payable in ten installments. install-ments. The first installment becomes delinquent delin-quent on tho 10th day of December, 1916. The second Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 21st day of October, 1917. The third installment becomes de linquent on tho 21st day of October, 191S. The fourth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 21st day of October, 1919. The fifth installment becomes delinquent delin-quent on tho 21st day of October, 1920. The sixth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on tho 21st dav of October. 1921. The seventh installment becomes delinquent on tho 21st day of October, Octo-ber, 1922. The eighth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 21st day of October, 1923. The ninth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 21st day of October, 1924. The tenth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on tho 21st day of October, 1925. Each of said installments except the first draws interest at the rate of six per cent per annum from the 21st day of October, 1916, until delinquent, and if said Tax or any installment thereof shall remain unpaid after the delinquency delin-quency of the same; interest thereon thereafter will be at the rate of eight per cent per. annum until such assessments assess-ments are fully paid.
