Show FEDERAL COURT OPENS FULL TERM ' HI IIS CITY Judge Tillman D. Johnson this morning morn-ing opened the fall term of tho, United States district court in the Federal building. Following is the petit jury for the term: Daniel L. Doyle, Charles F. Grant, T. H. Rolapp and Heber Scowcroft of Ogden, Stephen Harlstone of Logan, Joseph II. Watkins, Jr.. of Mondon, John H. Forsgren and John L. Hun-saker Hun-saker of Tremenlon, Thomas L. Kar-ren Kar-ren of Lewiston, James Olsen, Albert L. Stout and George W. "Watkins of Brigham City, J. IT. "Wilcox of Farm-ington, Farm-ington, Hyrum Belnap, Henry Valkcr, Wallace Boyle, LeRoy Buchmlller, Herbert Seagar and Oscar Reed of Ogden. The suit of the Utah Association of Credit against the Farmers and McrJ chants Savings bank was dismissed, as per stipulation filed. In the suit of the Southern Pacific Railroad company against Hyrum Overson, a trial involving water rights to Rose Bud ranch and "Water-Cress springs, tried last week, the court today gave a decree to plaintiff, clearing clear-ing title, to water of the spring and the right to use tho entire flow during the irrigation season from April 1 to October 1 each year and enjoining defendant de-fendant from interfering with such right of plaintiff. In the cause of "W. B. "Wedell against the Utah Power &. Light Co., a suit for several thousand dollars for loss of crops, etc., caused by defendant putting up a pole-line for electric pow or, a jury was called and W. B.
