Winfield -Fortnoy of the Kansas State Agricultural college gave this bit of advice to Kansas side women in an address at tho high school there. Miss Fortney said children should bo taught what clothing is becoming to them, and encouraged to depend upon their own judgement in purchasing purchas-ing a dress.
