Show TRIAL OF DETECTIVE WILKERSON BEGUN Red Oak, Iowa, Nov. 15. Introduction Introduc-tion of testimony was begun todav in the $60,000 suit of F. p. Jones, "former "for-mer state senator, against J. N.' Wil-kerson, Wil-kerson, detective, of Kansas City. Counsel informed the court that forty to fifty witnesses will be called for the plaintiff and about ninety for the defense. The jury is composed of eleven farmers and one barber. The case is an echo of the Villlsca axe murders in which J. B. Moore a business man, his wife, four children and two visitors met death. Jones charges that Kilkerson accused him of being back of the crime. Jones was a business rival of Moore. |
