Show RYE PATCH PROPERTY K LARGE BODY. : OF ORE . After opening up large bodies of ore, Lorln Hall is in from Rye Patch, Nevada, conferring with Willard Scowcroft and other' stockholders in the property known as the Silver Boll & Alpha Consolidated Mines. At a depth below the old workings of what was known as the Rye Patch mine. Mr. Hall has opened a 27-foot vein of sulphide ore, carrying sixty-five sixty-five ounces silver. In the old stopes are estimated to be 300,000 tons of ore which will run 20 ounces of silver. For the reduction reduc-tion of this ore a 100-ton mill is being erected. ' Diamond drills are to bo installed at the face of a IQOO-foot tunnel which has tapped the old workings, and the ground explored for other ore bodies occurring along the bedding planes crossed by the fissures. |
