Show PLAN PARADE FOR SARA BARD FIELD Salt Lake, Sept. 30. Arrangements are being made by the Women's party here for a parade and luncheon In honor hon-or of Sara Bard Field, the suffrage -worker, when she arrives In Salt Lake Wednesday, October 4. . It Is proposed to have a parade of women on the day of arrival of the distinguished visitor, and It Is expected expect-ed that thoro will be thirty automobiles automo-biles In line. A luncheon in her honor will be given giv-en at the Hotel "Utah at 11 p. m., Thursday, October 6, The .committee in charge of this luncheon is composed compos-ed of Mrs. Elizabeth C. Jenkins, chairman; chair-man; Margaret Zane Cherdon, Mrs. William S. Storey, -Mrs. Elizabeth. Coray, Mrs. Richard W. Madsen, Mrs. J. J. Daynes, Jr., Mrs. 0. C. Beebo, Mrs. Howard H. Larson, Miss Carolyn Williams, Mrs. J. R, Davis, Mr3. A. R. Barnes, Mrs. P. S. Wltcher, Mrs; George Sehhard and Mi's. Charles Llv' Ingston. It Is announced that those desiring to make reservations for the luncheon should phone Mrs. Jenkins. The woman"s organization held a well-attended meeting at the hall on Main street last night, which was addressed ad-dressed by Mrs. E. M. Garnctt and Miss Jane Plncus. There will be a meeting of the organization or-ganization at the home of Mrs. Alonzo Alon-zo B. Irvine, 17S A street, Tuesday, at 3 p. m. |
