Saturday evening Misses Elsie and and Florence Flor-ence Chrlstensen entertained at a delightful card party In honor of Miss Nell Lawrence of Salt Lake. The refreshments re-freshments were served cafeteria style in a rustic bower on the outside, and the principal game of the evening was progressive high five. The affair af-fair was a complete surprise to Mrs. Birchall. MubIc and games were en-Joyed en-Joyed during the evening and at a late hour light refreshments were served. Herbert Feeffo was a classmate of Frank, Walter and Edward Smyth at Notre Dame, Indiana. QUIETLY MARRIED. Mr. Newell Mills of Ogden and Miss Edna Cooper of Burley, Idaho, slipped away to Salt Lake City and were married mar-ried a few days ago. The many friends of the groom in Ogden wish him happiness and prosperity. Mr. and Mrs. Mills will make their home in Ogden. SEWING SOCIETY. Sherman and their families. PARCEL SHOWER A very unique and pleasing parcel shower was given Thursday afternoon, by Mrs. W. J. Wilson, at 543 Sixteenth street, in honor of Miss Myrtle Wilson, Wil-son, an October bride-elect. The home was prettily decorated with autumn flowers and foliage.
