Show oo PROCEEDINGS IN DISTRICT COURT Probate and motion calendars were disposed of by Judge Nathan J. Harris in the district court. On tho motion calendar, the motion for a new trial in the case of J. P. James against Frank Browning was argued and briefs will be submitted. Tho demurrer in the case of B. F. Hawkins against Ralph Shurtllff was overruled and the defendant given ten days In which to answer. Like action was taken on the demurrer In tho case of 0. C. Snow against O. W. Taylor, and others, the defendant being be-ing given twenty days in which to answer. Probate cases were disposed of as follows: Estate case of John W. Shupe, deceased, de-ceased, attorney fees of $50 allowed and attorney released; Peter S. Wangsgaard, deceased, final account, distribution, granted; three other petitions peti-tions were granted as follows: Esate and guardianship, Mabel Irene Shaw, incompetent, order for sale of real estate; summary distribution in estate of Catherine Leonard, deceased, de-ceased, probate of will and Issuance of letters testamentary In the estate case of Oscar Hlnderman, deceased. oo |
