Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the intention of said Board of Commissioners to make tho following follow-ing described Improvements, to-wit: To create Van Buren Avenue between Twenty-fourth Street and Capitol Avenue, Ave-nue, and Lincoln Avenue botween Twentieth and Twenty-first Streets as a sewer district, and to construct therein a sewer of vitrified or con-creto con-creto pipe of sufficient capacity, together to-gether with tho necessary manholes and to extend six-Inch laterals from the main sewer to the curb line and. to connect all with the manholes of the present sower system, and all other oth-er things necessary to complete the whole in a proper mannor according to the plans, specifications, and profiles pro-files on file in tho office of the City Engineer, and to defray tho whole of tho cost and expense, of the abuttor's portion thereof by a levy of a special lax to be assessed upon the lots or pieces of ground within the following described district, being the. district to be affected or benefited by such Improvement, namely: All the land lying between the outer boundary lines of said streets and a line drawn 132.00 feet back from and parallel to said outer boundary lines on both sides of Van Buren avenue hetween Twenty-fourth Twenty-fourth street and Capitol avenue and on both sides of Lincoln avenue between be-tween Twentieth and Twenty-first streets, being lot 10, block 31, plat "C"; Lots 1, 2, 3, 24, 25 and 26, Capitol Cap-itol Block Sub-division of Block 30, Plat "C"; Lot'l, Block 6, Five-Acre Plat "A"; Lot. 14. Block 7, Five-Acre Plat "A"; Block 5, Riverside Park Addition, Ad-dition, and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, Block 4, Riverside Park addition, all in Ogdon City Survey. The total cost o"f said improvement Is estimated at $2,000.00. All protests or objections to such improvement or to tho carrying out of such Intention must be presented in writing signed by tho owners of abutting property describing the same together with the number of abutting front feet and bo filed with tho City Recorder on or before the 15th day of July, 1916. The Board of Commissioners at its first regular meeting thereafter, to-wit, to-wit, tho 17th day of July, 1916, will consider the proposed levy and hear and consider such protests or objections objec-tions to said improvement as shall have been made.
