Show uu FOUR INCORPORATION ARTICLES ARE FILED. Incorporation papers for five new companies were filed yesterday with the secretary of state. The Duchesne Power company of Duchesne, Utah, is incorporated for $25,000, divided in 250 shares of stock of $100 each. J S. Dean of Topeka, Kan., is president; W. H. Cnmmerer, vice president; W. L. Dean, secretary and treasurer. These with T. W. Sweatman and M. B. Pope form tho directorate. The Clover Flat Irrigation company, of Coyote, Garfield county, Is incorporated incor-porated for $5000, divided in shares of $1 each. T. E. King Is president; J. H. Gleaves, vice president; Arthur Montaque, secretary and treasurer, and T. E. Ricketts, Herbert Gleaves and Lyman King, directors, together wtth the officers. The Duchesne Farm & Mortgage company of Duchesne county Is represented repre-sented as having a capital stock of $25,000 dhided in shares of $100 each. W H. Cammerer and P W Billings are given as the incorporators, J S. Dean is the president; T "V. Sweat-man, Sweat-man, vice president; W. L. Dean, secretary sec-retary and treasurer. Articles of amendment to the incor poration of the Weber Lumber company com-pany of Ogden were filed, showing a capital stock of $250,000, divided into 2500 shares of a par value of $100 a share.
