Show uu NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX AND DELINQUENCY OF THE SAME. Under authority of section 278 of tho Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, and as directed by Section 105G of the Revised Ordinances of Ogden City, 1915. The undersigned Treasurer of Ogden Og-den -City, Utah, hereby gives notice that a Special Tax for the purpose of paying the costs of laying pipe sewer in Sewer District Number 130, In Ogden City, Utah, has been levied and confirmed by an Ordinance of the Board of Commissioners of Ogden Og-den City, Utah, adopted and passed June 1, 1916, and published June 1, 1916. Said special tax Is levied upon the property abutting on tho following street to wit; all that part of Royal avenue, on both sides between Twenty-first and Twenty-second streets, and to a depth of 101.4 feet back from the street line, and which Is further described as follows to wit: On part of Lots 2, 3, 8, and 9, block IS, plat "A" Ogden City survey. Said tax is payable In five Installments: The first installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 21st day of July, 1916. The second Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 1st day of June, 1917. The third installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on tho 1st day of June, 1918. The fourth Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 1st day of June, 1919. Tho fifth Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 1st day of June, 1920. Each of said installments except tho first draws Interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from the 1st day of June, 1916, until delinquent, and if said tax or any installment thereof shall remain unpaid after the delinquency delin-quency of the same; Interest thereon thereafter will be at the rate of 8 per cent per annum until such assessments assess-ments are fully paid. All special taxes are payable at the office of tho City Treasurer in the City hall, at Ogden City, Utah. Dated this 3d day of July, 1916. CARL ALLISON, City Treasurer. First publication, July 6.
