Show DIKE OWED Of JODGE HOWELL A marriage contract of 40 yoars was anulled this morning by Judge J. A. Howell in the second division of the district court, when Franklin D. Richardson Rich-ardson was granted a decree dissolving dissolv-ing the existing bonds of matrimony between himself and wife, Laura J. Richardson. Mr. and Mrs. Richardson were married mar-ried October 25th, 1S75, at Salt Lake City and have eight children all of whom are living; four bojrs and four girls, the youngest being 1G years of ago. According to Mr. Richardson's-complaint Richardson's-complaint his wlfo left him July 15, 1914, and has since remained away. His charge waB desertion. She is at present residing in Logan whore two of her children have been attending tho Agricultural College. oo |
