P, James against Frank Browning, the defendant defend-ant has tiled an answer In which he claims to be a minor, and he asks the court to appoint a guardian ad litem for him. Ho also denies the allegations allega-tions of the complaint, in which It Is alleged that on November 20, 1915, at Glenwood Park, the defendant assaulted assault-ed plaintiff's minor Bon, J. Thoren James, and greatly injured him. In explanation of the affair, young Browning stales that ho and the James boy entered into a boyish, friendly scuftlo and the James boy was somewhat Injured In the contest Tho plaintiff asks for damages In the sum of $1000. nn |
