At a mass meeting here today congress "was urged to enact laws providing for the retirement on pensions of civic service serv-ice employees after thirty years' service. serv-ice. Tho meeting was held under the auspices of National Association of Civil Service Employees, with Dudley Dud-ley Field Malono, collector of the port of New York, as chairman. A campaign cam-paign will be launched to obtain the passage of a law embodying the retirement re-tirement and pensioning demands. |
