In Philadelphia, not only are all the elevators filled to their utmost capacity, but there are today more than a thousand cars of grain on the railroad tracks awaiting await-ing their turn to discharge as soon as the tleet of steamers arriving in ballast from Europe relieve the elevators ele-vators of the 3,000,000 bushels now stored In them. In all the westward bound fleet headed for Philadelphia, has a carrying carry-ing capacity of more than 3,000,000 bushels. Ocean freight rates continue to advance ad-vance daily.
