Show Deaths and Funerals MUNSON Oakley Edson Munson died Saturday afternoon at the family resldonce, 558 Twelfth street, of diabetic dia-betic coma. He had been in ill health for some time, but was not confined to his bed until Thursday of last week. Six years ago, he went to California Cal-ifornia for his health and returned to Ogden three months ago. Since that time, he had been employed in the -local Southern Pacific shops as an electrician. The deceased was born In Ogden May 16. 1886. the son of Mr. and Mrs. D. F. Munson. The parents and the following brothers and sis-tors sis-tors survive Earl, Phenus, Hlley and Dan Munson: Mrs. F. D. French of San Francisco; Mrs. G. Drlscoll of ' Los Angeles; the Misses Minnie and Floronco Munson and Mrs. L. A. WoBt of Ogden. The body was taken to the Kirkendall funeral parlors to be prepared for burial and the funeral will be held In the Seventh ward chapel tomorrow at 2 p. m. Denkers, Infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Denkers of Salt Lake City, was hold yesterday noon at the residence of Henry Denkers, 2717 Madison avenue. Bishop James W. Ure presided and the speakers wero Bishop Lyons of Salt Lake: Bishop Uro, Thomas A. Shreeve and William J. Barnes. Mrs. Mary Jones sang "Not Half Has Ever Been Told;" Vera Jones sang, "Your Sweet Little Rosebud Has Left You," and William Barnes sang "My Saviour." Interment Inter-ment wa3 in tho City cemetery. BRINCKLEY Funeral services for Mrs. Rhoda May Greenwell Brinckley were held yesterday noon in the Lark-In Lark-In chapel, with Bishop George Ether-Ington Ether-Ington presiding. The speakers were Elder John A. Heslop and Bishop Eth-erlngton. Eth-erlngton. Special music was furnished by Mrs Mary Farley and Mrs. Maude Farley Lloyd, tho former singing "There Is a Land" and "Softly and Tenderly Jesus Is Calling" and the latter "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere." Interment was In the City cemetery. PATTERSON Funeral services for M. A. Patterson who was killed In an auto accident Friday at Twin Falls, will be held in the Hooper meeting meet-ing house tomorrow at 1 p. m. Friends may vlow the remains at the home of the father, Alexander Patterson In Clinton this evening and tomorrow until un-til 12 o'clock. Interment Hooper cemetery. oo |
