Williams of the Shupe-Williams Shupe-Williams Candy Co., Getting "Stuck" on Kiddies' Pictures Cash Reward for Older Children, Soon to Follow Let Them Watch for the Announcement. An-nouncement. The Standard Invites the children under 9 years old to paint tho daily picture puzzles each night this week. W. H. Williams, of the Shupc-Wll-liams Candy company, called at tho Standard office and Inspected the children's efforts two weeks ago and was 30 pleased with the work of the children that he said the work ought to be encouraged, and he joins the Standard in giving sixty-five more prizes for pictures of this wcok. So the children under 9 years this time only will be allowed to participate partici-pate and they musC receive no help from any one. There Is no objection to the parents giving Instructions,, but no one but the child will be permitted per-mitted to touch the picture with a pencil, brush or crayon.
