M Mills so aroused the people that they gathered in a great mass meeting in the Tabernacle I and denounced his half-day plan, and later when he multiplied his offensive-ness offensive-ness by othertrcts in disregard of the demands of the board of education' Mr. Mills destroyed his usefulness as superintendent of schools, and this we say regardless of whether Mr Mills has ability.
