Tho executive committee of the company was increased from fivo to seven members and Francis E. Walsh was retained as superintendent. superintend-ent. The following officers wore reelected re-elected for the ensuing year: M. S. Browning, president; William Spry, vice president; John A. Hen-drlckson, Hen-drlckson, second vlco president; Angus An-gus T. Wright, third vice president, and treasurer, and Jon J. Haddock, secretary. J. E. Wilson, Jr., Logan; Joseph R. Murdock, Heber City; John A. WidtBoe, Logan; Lon J. Haddock, Salt Lake; Fred J. Kiesel, J. S. Campbell, Camp-bell, R. B. Porter and Dr. W. H. Petty, Ogden. were elected directors. R. B. Porter and Dr. Petty were added to the executive committee, the other members being M. S. Browningk J. S. Carver, A. T. Wright, J. A. Hendrickson and Lon J. Haddock. oo . |
