So says Prof. Thomas Jefferson Jackson See, former astronomer, in his 600-word memoir entitled- "Electro-Dynamic theory of magnetism and of universal gravitation- Discovery of the cause of gravitation, with proof that this fundamental force of nature is propagated with the velocity oC lighL" He claims to have discovered tho secret of gravitation and has put the information In the hands of tho Royal Society of London. Prof. See is an astronomer of note. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri Mis-souri and has received the degree of Ph. D. from tho University of Berlin, for which institution he was later an observer. He is now a naval observer for the United States government and is stationed at the Mare Island navy yard. Prof. See holds that gravitation is due to elementary currents of electricity elec-tricity circulating around atoms of matter. Ampere, the celebrated French scientist, discovered in 1S20 that two parallel currents of electricity electri-city floating In opposite directions repel. re-pel.
