Show BRENON'S KELLERMANN FILM. Herbert Brenon, who sailed Aug. 18 for Jamaica (West Indies) with a largo company of players to make a big feature production with Annette Kellermann as the star, has been commissioned com-missioned by William Fox to spare neither money nor expense in bringing bring-ing back what he (Fox) wishes to call "the greatest screen play of the ago." Brenon'B present company Is considered con-sidered tlie biggest yet departing from native soil to make a fcaturo film. There will be 100 principals and 2,250 supernumeraries. Costumes for all the big scenes will be taken along. In addition to all the people taking pnrt will go an army of electricians, carpenters, property men and camera experts. Among the more important principals prin-cipals supporting MIbb Kellermann will be William E. Shay, as her leading lead-ing man. While In Jamaica and neighboring Islands Brenon will also write and supervise the making of three other big features, the actual staging of which will be done by Edward Mor-rissey, Mor-rissey, formerly of the Bio. George Fitch will be technical director, di-rector, and J. Allen Turner, technical construction export. An unusual phase of the Jamaica trip is the announced taking of an orchestra or-chestra of seven pioceB and a leador. |
