ELDER REIMS FROM A MISSION Elder Francis 'Wiggins of the Third ward returned home yesterday from the Eastern Slates mission of the Mormon church. Elder Wiggins is a son of the late Thomas and Mrs Caroline Caro-line Wiggins and has labored as a missionary in the Eastern States for the past 2$ months.
