oo COTTON CODE IS TO BE DECIDED I Washington, Dec. 21 Ambassador Page today reported that the British government was making arrangements to aJlow the use of Meyer's Atlantic cotton code, thirty-ninth edition, in foreign telegrams and that a public announcement on the subject would be made as soon as the date of the admission of the code was settled.
