0 10 ARRANGE TO FORMALLY RECEIVE TIE PRIZE Commissioner T. S Browning, to whom was referred the communication communica-tion from Secretary John Klrkham of the Utah Development league, suggesting sug-gesting that a day be fixed and an appropriate ap-propriate program arranged for the acceptance of a prize to be given Ogden Og-den as the first clean cltv of the states, states that he will confer with the various organizations of the city which so ably aided in making Ogden clean, before deciding on a day for the occasion. The governing board of the Development Devel-opment league will meet next Mondav and make arrangements for the be-1 stowing of tho Ogden prize, and Mr. Browning Is of the opinion that on the following day a meeting of the ladles' organizations and others in the clean-up campaign, will be held and a time Bet for the formal acceptance accept-ance of tho prize. It is expected that a number of the governing board of the Development league will make the presentation speech. no
