Rosarlo dispatches dis-patches told of a decline of two cents on account of better weather for the harvest, and there was a sot hack of 1 l-2c at Buenos Ayres. However, it w as 6nll to have begun raining again in parts of Argentina and this fact tended to check selling here. For the time being, the market seemed to pivot chiefly, If not altogether, on the outlook for or against b good yield In Argentina. After opening 1-8 to 9-8C b er, prices underwent a moderate additional sag. Clear, cob weather that promised to increase the rrop movement had a bearish Influence on corn Rura offerings, of-ferings, however, were only fair. Export houses picking up scattering lots made the oats market relatively firm. On the whole, though, trade was light.
