Show NAVY AVIATORS ARE DOING SCOUT WORK Washington, i c. April 27. No trace of Mexican soldiers in the COUn try surrounding Yem Cruz was ob served by navy aviators who encased in scout work over the city and environs en-virons yesterday, according to dispatches dis-patches from Admiral Badger to the navy department today. "Aviators Bellinger and Sautley,' the message said "made a scout flipht of one hour and forty minutes at an altitude of 3000 feet. They covered the territory reaching ten miles we:t, fifteen miies north and twelve miles south of the city. One burned place was located as well as breaks In the railroad. The San Francisco bridge was found intact, except that the rails had been taken off. Another scout trip was made at an altitude of 1200 feet over the environs of the city. No trace of Mexican soldiers was observed." |
