Beckley, w. Va, prii 28. Two hundred and fifty men are reported entombed by an explosion in the mine of the New River collieries company at Eccles, W. Va. Tbe explosion occurred when a full force of men were at work in shafts uumbor five and number six, each down about 6on feet deep, and could be heard in the town of Kccles. near which the mlneg are located.
