NOTICE OF DELINQUENCY Pursuant to Section 278 of the .Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, and the authority vested In me by said section. 1 the unlerslgned Wallace ' Foulger. Treasurer of Ogden City, j Weber County, Utah, hereby give 1 public notice that a special tax ' amounting to $1680.92 has been levied for Sidewalk District No 118 for the purpose of constructing Con-t Con-t crete Sidewalks in said district by I an ordinance duly passed by the City l Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, i and approved by the Mayor of said ( Its on October 28th, 1913 said taxes being levied on all of the abutting property on the following Streets comprising said Sidewalk District No 118. The West Side of Grant avenue from 19th to 20th Streets and both fides of Qulncy avenue 'rom 20th to ' 22nd Streets. The said tax is payable in 5 Installments In-stallments The first Installment becomes do- ' linquent December 17, 1913. The second Installment becomes delinquent October 28. 1914. The third Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent October 28. 1915. The fourth Installment becomes de-! de-! iinquent October 28. 1916 The fifth Installment becomes de- linquent October 28. 1917 Each of said installments, except i the first, shall draw interest at the I rate of Seen (7) per cent per an-1 an-1 num. from the date of the levy as aforesaid, and If any or either of I tald installments shall he 1 Tt T:i ill when they become delinquent, interest inter-est thereon shall be Ten (10) per cent per annum, until such delinquent delin-quent assessments are fully paid Said tax shall be enforced and collected col-lected as In any other case of special tax and if not paid the property 61 which said levy is made win be ad vertlsed and Bold according to law This special tax Is payable at ni-office ni-office at the City Hall, Ogden City.
