Show FOR WANARD MURPHY Last Thursday evening a prettily appointed Haliowo'en party was given giv-en In honor of Wanard Murphy. The young guests arrived at the Murphy home attired In costumes fitting the occasion and spent a merry time at various Hallowe'en games. Orange and black streamers of crepe paper together with varl-colored Japanese lanterns adorned the rooms. Covers were laid for the following follow-ing guests bidden and a daintily prepared pre-pared luncheon, consisting of appropriate appro-priate Haliowo'en dishes, served: Misses May Ixmghran, Eileen Wright, Amelia Spaun. Madeline Qulnlln, Velma Hurst, Iva Rawson: Fa Tribe, Marvel Cave and June Hlggenbot- ham Messrs Earl Taylor, Harold .Nicholas, Lester Hlggenbotham, Frank Parry, Leonard Hurst, Dellls Murphy, Edwin Cannon and Wanard Murphy. ENTERTAIN AT HIGH FIVE. Mr. and Mrs George Edwards ic-lightfully ic-lightfully entertained at their horn on Chester street last Saturday eve ning. High Five was the evening's diversion, diver-sion, prizes being awarded to Samuel Austin, R Stanger, R. West, Mrs Chester Dean, Mrs Samuel Austin and Mrs. Bert Edwards. After refreshments, Mrs Edwards and Mrs Austin rendered several vocal vo-cal selections. oo |
