Salt Lake, Nov. 6 Apples can be prepared for the table in 169 different ways The foregoing statement made by William M Roylance of Provo and one of the biggest apple shippers of the state, at a luncheon of the commerce com-merce committee of the Commercial club yesterday noon, caused the committer com-mitter to decide upon an original apple dish contest. The committee had already decided upon November I 18 as Utah Apple day, and the remark made by Mr Roylanc-e was taken aB B cue for a feature of the day.
