Bower asks to be freed from mat rlmon.al obligations with Augusta Bower on the grounds that she has deserted his home. The parties were married June 10, 1895. There are no children Elsie Wheelwright complains that Arthur J. Wheelwright has failed to pro-Ode the necessaries of life for herself her-self ynd child and she wants a divorce, di-vorce, custody of the child, alimony, costs of 6uit and attorney fees. She says that she married the defendant November 16. 1911' Judge Harris this morning granted a decree of divorce to Mamie Sta mates against Nick Stamate. awarding award-ing her the care and custody of an infant child. The testimony of the plaintiff disclosed the fact that the defendant deserted her and that he 1s now in Greece. Aft |
