H. Thomas, jr., to recover $46 alleged to be due on a certain promissory note, dated February 24 1914, and $100 damages for the unlawful deten-tion deten-tion of a certain automobile. The complaint alleges that the defendant purchased an automobile in February and gave his note in payment, but that he has failed to comply with the re-, re-, quirements of the note and has also feH , used the auto since that time.
