Show OFFENDERS IN REEDER'S COURT Two violators of the bicycle ordi nance, who were arrested Wednesday night, appeared before Judge Reeder this morning They were Hans Peterson Pe-terson and A A. Chatlaln Chatlaln received a lecture for not appearing In court yesterday morning on time He explained that he was out on a delivery wagon and could not reach court until 15 minutes after the court had finished with the other violators In view of the fact that the two were arrested with the others and they ail received suspended sentences. Judge Reeder again imposed suspended suspend-ed sentences, but issued a warning that first offenders will not be released releas-ed hereafter. The attorney representing L. H. Becraft. charged with violating the speed ordinance, asked for a contln uance on the grounds that he had business bus-iness in the district court. As there was no objection, the continuance was granted by the Judge John Upbytkens, charged with drunkenness, declared that he never had been in such a predicament and that never nsaln would he be arrested for drunkenness. He was given a suspended sentence William Burke, charged with the same offense, did not share the same fortune.
