PREPARING ANOTHER STRIKE dec 26 the record her aid today says secret plans to organize reorganize re the commercial telegraphers with a view to calling another strike on the eve of the republican national convention which meets here june came to light yesterday organizers are now at work repairing the breaches in the ranks caused by the strike ot few months ago the convention of the commercial telegraphers union will be held in milwaukee june 8 and according to present plans the strike details will be completed at hat gathering the telegraphers say employers are helping them to organize reorganize re by reducing wages and this way forcing men who deserted the binlon during the strike to return to the ranks the next strike will include all men employed by brokers and private concerns it Is eald as the brokers have reduced wages in spite of the agreements entered into during the ladt strike
