W. Morse's division of the district court. On a hearing for temporary alimony and attorney's fees, the defendant was ordered to pay $30 a month and $2G for attorney's fees. The wife Is the plaintiff. Millerberg, with using us-ing violent language and accusing her of unfaithfulness, was given a decree de-cree with $20 a month alimony and $50 attorney's fees. One of her accusations ac-cusations against her husband was that he had locked her out of tho house on an occasion when sho had gone to a show with her daughter. A decroo was also granted Esther C. Hallen, against Iven C. Hnllen. This case, formerly set for hearing some weeks ago, had been postponed in the hope that the could could effect ef-fect a reconciliation, but this proved futile. The plaintiff charged her husband with drinking to excess, keeping late hours and treating herself her-self and her Infant child unkindly. No contest was made. Probabilities of reconciliation being be-ing effeoted resulted in the postponement postpone-ment of several cases. Pearl Godwin and Richard Godwin have almost agreed to make another effort to "live happily ever afterward" .and tholr case was postponed a month Godwin was not fined for his failure to appear ap-pear in court last week, convincing the court that ho was too ill to appear. ap-pear.
