Prince Helle De Sagan, Anna Gould's husband, has just lost a long-fought suit In fhe German courts, whereby he sought to sot OBldo tho right of his two-year-old son, Prince Charles Jason Howard, How-ard, to lnhorit the De Sagan family's estate in this country. Prlnco De Sagan sot up tho contention, con-tention, that as his son was born In Franco, tho boy Is not eligible to inherit in-herit tho estate, hoping thereby to make It Impossible for his Gorman creditors to- attach tho rovenues of the estate. Tho courts have decided that the baby prince is tho legal heir to tho properties, and that tho revenues may be seized to satisfy Prince Hello's debts.
