Show YOUNG MAN OUT John H. Avery, tho Kansas City bookkeeper, who pleaded not guilty to mendicancy in police court, Friday morning, was given a suspended sentence sen-tence of 90 days this morning by Judge J. D. Murphy and ordered to lcavo tho city. -In passing this sentence sen-tence on tho prisoner, the court stated stat-ed that the young man was too intelligent in-telligent to be begging for food nnd that ho should secure employment. For disturbing the peace, J. Williams Wil-liams was sentenced to pay a fine of $3 or serve five days with tho municipal muni-cipal chain gang. Waltor Reed pleaded guilty to the charge of being unlawfully drunk and was fined $5 or five days. A bond of $5 was torfaJted by John Smedding, who did not appear to answer ans-wer to tho charge of allowing his horso to stand in the street without hitching. 00 |
