Show FIFTEEN ARE TAKEN INTO CBURCB The First Consregatlonnl church, on Easter day, was decorated by a profusion pro-fusion of geraniums, ferns, palms and cacti, together with bouquets of calla lilies. The scheme was a reproduction reproduc-tion of conventional landscape gardening. garden-ing. Hedgerows bordered the platform plat-form curving bnck on e.thcr side of the pulpit to a high bank of palms, ferns and cacti, crowned by callas. An outer circle of plnnts and flowers 'formed a recess for tho musicians. The musical program was carried out as announced: songs by Mrs. Dalrymple and Mrs Thnanum, violin solos by .Miss Pora Smith auJ Miss Lillian Thatcher, cello solo by Mr. Austin Sooy and preludes by Miss Louise Pierce. Art folders containing contain-ing an '"Easter Intorprotntlon," by the pastor, the complete programs of the morning and evening services and tho names of those uniting with the church, were distributed to tho congregations con-gregations morning and evening. The sermons of the day were an elaboration of the thought expressed In the "Easter Interpretation," given on the folders: An Eaoter Interpretation.
