H Robert R. Gibbons was elected pros- H ident of the Insurgents and Frai-Ms H Feehan was re-elected president of H the old local. Gibbons took the mat- H tor to court, where It is pending. Yes- H terday Gibbons was informed thnt tho H international organization, through. H the new president, John P. White, had H threatened to revolie charters of H some fifty locals that paid dues to H the Insurgent district local.
