Show YOUNG WORKERS IN CHURCIIJO MEET Salt Lake, April 22. According to the official announcement made by the general superintendency of the Young Men's and Young Women's Mutual Improvement associations of the Mormon church, tho sixteenth general annual conference of the combined com-bined associations will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Juno 2, 3 and 4. Arrangements have also been made to hold the conference of the Primary association on theso dates The announcements are signed by Joseph F. Smith, Heber J. Grant and B. H. Roberts, presidency of the Y. M. M. I. A., Martha H. TIasey, Ruth M. Fox and Mne T. Nvstrem, presidency of the Y. L. M I. A., and Louis Felt, May Anderson and Clara Beebo, presidency presi-dency of the Primary association. Special rates have been arranged over all lines entering Salt Lake, and a large representation from all the outlying stakes In Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada and Colorado Is expected. An urgent request has been issued "by the authorities that all officers and members mem-bers bo present at the meetings of the conference, and a cordial Invitation is extended to Saints generally and tho public to attend the open meetings meet-ings to be held in the Tabdrnnclo on Sunday at 2 and 7 p. m Deviating from tho usual plan of holding nothing but a social entertain-mont entertain-mont on the first day of the conference, confer-ence, preparations are being rnade to hold a track meet and field sports at Wandamcre and gymnasium work In the Deseret gvmnasium. Friday evening even-ing will bo devoted to a general reception re-ception to the visiting officers. The program for this event has not. been completed, but will be given "out In a few days.
