Show POLICE ENFORCE CURFEW LAW As a result of the large number of young boys which nro playing round on the streets of the city at late hours, the police have received order to hereafter here-after enforce the strict observance of the curfew ordinance, which provides that all children under 16 years of age, unless accompanied by parents or guardians, mu6t be off the streets at 9 o'clock in the evening. The patrolmen have been Instructed, to warn the loiterers but once, and then if the ordor Is not obeyed, they will be loaded Into the patrol wagop and kept at police headquarters until morning A large number of boys, who were attracted to Glenwood Park by tho bicycle races last evening, wero the first victims of the new order or-der and several who did not respond to the first order spent the night with Desk Sergeant Robert Payne |
